Stunning wedding day at West Tower in Lancashire.

It was a pleasure photographing Rebecca and Elliott's wedding yesterday with all their family and friends in attendance. The venue they chose for their wedding was West Tower Exclusive Wedding Venue in Ormskirk, Lancashire. West Tower is a place you can never get bored of capturing, no matter the number of times you have been there to capture a beautiful wedding. The happy couple could not have picked a better place for their wedding day celebrations.

Rebecca began her wedding day getting her hair and make up done with her girls in the bridal suite at West Tower, those first few hours were the perfect way to start her story. The air was filled with nerves while the girls were getting pampered and time went by, this soon changed with excitement starting to build as the wedding ceremony drew closer. Elliott, the boys and his best man has time to prepared themselves for the day in one of West Towers connected rooms before welcoming guests to their wedding venue.

Family and friends present at West Tower witnessed Rebecca and Elliott exchange vows in an emotional and personal ceremony with a number of readings from close family members. Rebecca and Elliott had the perfect babysitter for the day waiting outside, the huge white bouncy castle was the perfect distraction for the children so its such a great thing having a venue like West Tower with an indoor ceremony room which is just simply breathtaking. As a wedding photographer in the Lancashire I always have a fantastic time photographing weddings around this beautiful part of the country.

Perfect Wedding Venue, West Tower

After the ceremony all of the newly weds wedding party enjoyed a full set of speeches by the newly weds closest family members followed by a lovely reception meal. There was a joyful vibe during the reception and all the moments I photographed were worth a thousand words. It was truly a special day and one I will remember forever.

It is a delight to photograph summer weddings whatever the weather. With the sun showing its face all day it was really nice to see was everyone in attendance embrace the day and enjoy the outside of West Tower as much as they would the grounds inside. It made taking the happy couples photographs a joy on the day.

All in all I had a blast at Rebecca and Elliott's wedding. Thank you to all the staff at West Tower, especially Kim for making the happy couples, their friends, family and me feel so welcome. I can’t wait to return soon.
