Elegant wedding day with the most perfect weather for Nicola and Antony in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Totally Amazing wedding day at Magnolia Park, Aylesbury for Nicola, Antony and all their wonderful friends and family.

It was a pleasure photographing Nicola and Antony's wedding yesterday, even with a six hour round trip included. They picked a fantastic venue to get married in, it was Magnolia Park in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. This was the first time I've had the chance to visit Magnolia Park as a wedding photographer and I loved every moment. Photographing there was very special and I can't wait to have the opportunity to come back one day for another amazing wedding.

One of my favourite moments of the day was when I was photographing Nicola getting ready at the newly weds home with her bridesmaids and mother on the morning of the big day. The details, the atmosphere, the smiles; bridal prep is full of little moments which I love to capture. While I was spending the morning with Nicola Rob, my second photographer for the day was with Antony and the groomsmen whilst he got ready at a hotel in Bicester City Centre.

Once all the prep had finished Nicola arrived at the ceremony in a vintage wedding car and the heavens opened! I braved the rain to capture a few moments of the bridal party arriving. With a deep breath Nicola made her way towards the venue. Friends and family looked on as Nicola and Antony exchanged wedding rings and their vows in a fantastic ceremony at St Edburgs Church, Bicester. I will always relish the opportunity to cover ceremonies like this in Buckinghamshire and feel very honoured the happy couple chose me to be there on their wedding day.

And the there was sun!

Nicola and Antony shared a few moments with their guests before heading up to Brill in Buckinghamshire for some out of this world portraits of the newly weds. We captured some amazing moments for the happy couple up close to Brill windmill as just as we were arriving the sun decided to show its face in spectacular fashion. We couldn't of asked for anything more.

After these few wonderful moments up at Brill we headed to the reception at Magnolia Park, Aylesbury. All the guests were cheerful and you could feel the joyful atmosphere at the reception when Nicola and Antony arrived. I enjoy drifting among the guests to take the best shots and witness the stories unfold as the hours went by.

This was a fantastic Summer wedding and we made sure we got some lovely portraits at the venue also. It was a cloudy day for the most part, making the light very soft, which really help with their photographs.

The guests enjoyed a delicious wedding breakfast as the speakers prepared to deliver their speeches. The speeches are a great part of the wedding and a joy to photograph as a wedding photographer. At the end of the day, Nicola and Antony rocked the dance floor accompanied by their guests, courtesy of the DJ.

Nicola and Antony's wedding was one of the loveliest weddings I had photographed recently and I'm sure they will be really happy together for many many Yeats to come. Thank you again for allowing me to be such a big part of your wedding day.
