Summer Wedding at The Double Tree By Hilton in Chester.

It was a pleasure photographing Jennifer and Peter’s wedding yesterday with all their family and friends in attendance. The venue they chose for their wedding was The Double Tree in Chester, Cheshire. The Double Tree is a place you can never get bored of visiting, no matter the number of times you have been there to capture a beautiful wedding. The happy couple could not have picked a better venue for their wedding day and with the wonderful British weather playing a few windy games with us during the day, luckily the rain stayed off pretty much all day and even allowed for some dreamy and relaxed couples portraits outdoors in and around the stunning grounds of The Double Tree.

Jennifer began her wedding day celebrations getting her hair and make up done with her girls at The Double Tree, those first few hours were the perfect way to start her story. When I arrived the air was filled with nerves but as soon as the ceremony began to draw closer the excitement starting to build. Peter and his boys also had time to prepare themselves for the day at The Double Tree before they began to welcome guests to their wedding venue.

Family and friends present at The Double Tree witnessed Jennifer and Peter exchange vows in an emotional and personal ceremony. Jennifer and Peter had planned to have a beautiful indoor ceremony for their wedding within the spectacular and stunning ceremony room at The Double Tree. Jennifer and Peter couldn’t have asked for anything more during their special day. As a wedding photographer in Cheshire I always have a fantastic time photographing weddings around this beautiful part of the country.

After the ceremony all of the newly weds wedding party enjoyed a relaxing time in the glass conservatory of The Double Tree. There was a joyful vibe during the reception and all the moments I photographed were worth a thousand words, it was truly a special day.

It is a delight to photograph Summer weddings. We were so happy that the rain stayed away during the wedding and it was was really nice to see everyone embrace the day and enjoy the celebrations. It also made taking the happy couples photographs a joy on the day.

All in all I had a blast at Jennifer and Peter’s wedding. Thank you to all the staff at The Double Tree, Chester for making the happy couples, their friends, family and me feel so welcome. I can’t wait to return soon.
