The hottest wedding of the year for Jess and John at the beautiful Abbeywood Estate in Cheshire

I absolutely loved shooting Jess and John’s wedding yesterday! The happy couple chose to celebrate their wedding at Abbeywood Estate in Cheshire. I was ecstatic to photograph my first wedding at Abbeywood Estate, it’s a superb venue in Cheshire and great for any type of wedding, I get so excited each time I am lucky enough to visit and capture what I know will be an unbelievably beautiful wedding. Thank you to all the staff for making me and every one of the newly weds friends and family feel so welcome. I look forward to capturing many more weddings here in the future.

One of my favourite moments of the day was when I was capturing Jess and John’s stunning ceremony at Abbeywood Estate. I like to show a wedding ceremony in a more relaxed way, trying not to interrupt the proceedings but also become part of the day where I can show lots of emotion in the images. Jess and John’s outdoor ceremony on the stunning lawns at Abbeywood Estate was a very emotional moment in the couples day and I was honoured to have the task of capturing it.

Jess was delighted that finally, she could walk down the aisle to marry her soul mate. After the marvellous ceremony at Abbeywood Estate, the bride and groom enjoyed a few relaxed moments with their friends and family which was perfect for me as I love to capture candid moments of the day with wedding guests enjoying the celebrations. It is truly an amazing job working as a wedding photographer in and around Cheshire. Jess and John interacted freely with the guests at the reception. The surroundings were wonderful and fun for all, I was always on the lookout to catch awesome moments with the bride and groom’s celebration with their guests

Cheshire Wedding Venue, Abbeywood Estate

There's some real advantages to getting married in Summer. It was a bright day, which was a blessing, and helped make some stunning photographs for the happy couple. With the weather being so marvellous Jess and John’s wedding day was spent mostly in the stunning grounds of Abbeywood, a relaxed afternoon of drinks and nibble allowed us to take some time alone to capture some relaxed portraits. We were also able to take some time out early evening for another few moments alone, this was a good decision as we were able to chase the low evening light which looked great on the final images.

All the guests were keen not to miss the speeches. Every speech is unique and I love to capture them. We the speakers taking to the microphone on the outdoor stairs at Abbeywood it gave a really different feel to the wedding speeches, something a little different that the newly weds can cherish forever. The day ended with Jess, John and their guests rocking the dance floor to their live band and enjoying some evening refreshments outside with fresh pizza and ice-cream.

Jess and John’s wedding was one of the loveliest weddings I have shot all year and I wish them heartfelt congratulations.
