The most stunning day for Christine and Anthony and West Tower in Ormskirk, Lancashire

I loved shooting Christine and Anthony’s wedding yesterday. The couple celebrated at West Tower, a stunning and charming wedding venue in West Lancashire. I was ecstatic to photograph a wedding at West Tower again as I have been lucky enough to capture a number of amazing weddings here now and with West Tower being such a superb venue for any type of wedding, I get excited to return every single time. I am already looking forward to the next special wedding I get to capture here. 

One of my favourite moments of the day was when I was capturing Christine entering the stunning ceremony room at West Tower to meet her soon to be husband Anthony. After spending the morning with a slightly… nervous Christine and her girls, I knew once she set eyes on Anthony as she walks down the aisle with her Uncle Barry and Dad she would feel instantly relaxed. With the unbelievable natural light entering the room from the large windows at West Tower, it was like a photographers dream. The photographs I took of it definitely have a "love is in the air" vibe to them. It is truly an amazing job working as a wedding photographer in West Lancashire and the surrounding counties.

Christine and Anthony interacted freely with their guest at the reception. The surroundings were wonderful and there was such a fun for all feel to the afternoon. I was still on the lookout to catch awesome moments of everyone enjoying the magical wedding day while guests enjoyed drinks and canopies down in the Cellar Bar at West Tower.

I spent a few moments with Christine and Anthony before their wedding breakfast to capture some portraits at the front of the beautiful and breath taking West Tower. We took some really relaxed portraits of Christine and Anthony and got there beautiful two girls involved also. This was a perfect time to spent a few moments alone to catch up and take in what a day it had already been.

All the guests were keen not to miss the speeches. Every speech is unique and I never get bored of shooting them, especially when the groom is reminded of his childhood adventures with his brother and best man over a huge projector for the whole wedding party to enjoy. Not to mention a special appearance on the big screen from Jamie Redknapp and more! The day ended with Christine, Anthony and their guests rocking the dance floor to their DJ and being amazed by their magician for the day.

Christine and Anthony's wedding was one of the loveliest weddings I have shot and I wish them heartfelt congratulations. Quick thank you also to my wonderful and very talented second photographer for the day Shauna for helping out!
