Exclusive Cheshire wedding

I loved capturing Iona and Rob’s wedding yesterday. The couple celebrated at Alcumlow Wedding Barn, a stunning, rustic wedding venue in the Cheshire countryside. I was ecstatic to photograph another wedding at Alcumlow Wedding barn, I have been lucky enough to capture a number of amazing weddings here now and with Alcumlow Wedding Barn being such a superb venue for any type of exclusive wedding, I get excited to return every single time. I am already looking forward to the next special wedding I get to capture here. 

One of my favourite moments of the day was when I was capturing Iona making her way to the stunning White House at Alcumlow Wedding Barn to meet her soon to be husband Rob. Traditional Scottish bagpipes announced Iona’s entrance which was a moment to cherish forever. After spending the morning with a slightly… nervous Iona and her girls, I knew once she set eyes on Rob as she walked down the aisle with her Dad she would feel instantly relaxed. The unbelievable natural light all around the White House at Alcumlow made their wedding ceremony a photographers dream. I feel the photographs I took definitely have a loving and family infused vibe to them. It is truly an amazing job working as a wedding photographer in Cheshire and the surrounding counties.

After their stunning wedding ceremony and epic confetti moment! Iona and Rob interacted freely with their guest at the reception. The surroundings were wonderful and there was such a fun for all feel to the afternoon. I was still on the lookout to catch some awesome moments of everyone enjoying the magical wedding day while guests relished in the refreshing drinks and vegan nibbles in and around the grounds of their stunning wedding venue. The fun 9 hole crazy golf was a massive hit with friends and family attending this wonderful summers wedding day.

I spent a few moments with Iona and Rob before their wedding breakfast to capture some relaxed portraits around this beautiful and breathtaking wedding venue in Cheshire, Reggie their dog also joining us for a short stroll. I captured some really great images of the newly weds which can be enjoyed forever. This was also a perfect time for our bride and groom to spend a few moments alone and catch up, take it all in and get prepared for their wedding breakfast and speeches! All the guests were keen not to miss the speeches. Every speech is unique and I am always excited shooting them, especially when the bride and groom are reminded of their adventures together for the whole wedding party to enjoy!

The day come to a close with Iona, Rob and their guests rocking the dance floor to their amazing DJ Coast to coast and enjoying some quality time together before this beautiful day ended. Iona and Rob's wedding was such a stunning wedding to capture, I wish them heartfelt congratulations and all the luck in the world as husband and wife. I am forever honoured to be part of your day.
